The NCTA’s Annual Women in Trucking Summit will be held at the
Hotel Ballast in Wilmington, NC on February 21-23, 2024.
With the theme of Gear Up For Success: Women Paving the Way, the Summit program will facilitate peer to peer networking opportunities, leadership development, mentorship, and personal wellness for women in the workplace, as well as their male peers. A variety of key industry and professional speakers will explore topics that propel women professionals forward in their careers and provide excellent key take-aways for attendees to utilize in their professional and personal development.
The Summit keynote speaker for 2024 is Noelle Lambert, an American para-athlete who competed in the 100-meter in Track and Field at the 2021 Tokyo Paralympics. She was also a contestant on season 43 of the TV show "Survivor" and founder of The Born to Run Foundation. Noelle lost her leg in a moped accident in 2016 during a summer trip to Martha's Vineyard. At the time, she was a student at the University of Massachusetts Lowell and played Division 1 lacrosse. Noelle is an inspiration and highly motivated to do anything she puts her mind to. She is currently training to compete in snowboarding and become a Paralympian in both the Summer and Winter games. Noelle will leave you with a message of hope, determination and perseverance.
Annual Women in Trucking Summit Conference and Expo Registration Information
Full Conference Registration includes Wednesday evening Welcome Reception and Dinner, Thursday Breakfast, General Sessions, Lunch, Thursday Happy Hour and Friday morning breakfast.

Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your conference registration, please email written notification of cancellation to lharris@nctrucking.com. Refunds will not be issued after February 14, 2024.
