The deadline for submitting this completed form is 5:00pm, Friday, May 15, 2026.

This form allows you to nominate for both the NCTA Board of Directors and for a position as an Officer on the NCTA Executive Committee.

The term of service for each Director of the NCTA Board shall be three years; such three-year term will run from the date of the general business session during the Annual Management Conference in the elected year to the date of the general business session during the Annual Management Conference in the third year.

Board nominees will be contacted via email advising of their nomination for one, 3-year term prior to the upcoming Annual Management Conference so they can plan to attend.
