Join us in Raleigh for the 2027 NCTA Women in Trucking Summit, a powerful three-day experience designed to inspire, connect, and empower women, along with the men who support them, across the trucking and transportation industry.

This year's theme, Rooted in Purpose - Cultivating Your Voice, Growing Your Impact, focuses on helping attendees strengthen their leadership skills, build meaningful connections, and confidently grow their influence both personally and professionally.

The Summit will feature dynamic keynote presentations, engaging panel discussions, educational sessions, and networking opportunities designed to provide practical takeaways and fresh perspectives for today's transportation professionals.

We're excited to welcome Jean Card as our opening keynote speaker on Tuesday, February 16, 2027. Jean is an executive communications coach, former government speechwriter, and leadership expert who helps professionals communicate with confidence, authenticity, and impact. Her work focuses on executive presence, public speaking, and leadership communication. 

Following Tuesday's opening sessions, attendees will gather for our Welcome Dinner, providing an opportunity to connect with peers and build new relationships. Wednesday will feature a full day of speakers, education, and networking opportunities, with dinner on your own to explore Raleigh's vibrant dining scene. Thursday will conclude with additional educational programming before we wrap up another inspiring Summit experience.

NCTA has secured a discounted room rate of $185 per night plus applicable taxes for conference attendees.

Reservations must be made by Monday, January 25, 2027, or until the room block sells out.
