The NCTA Technology & Maintenance Council is excited to welcome a liftgate specialist to lead our upcoming Tech Night, delivering practical, hands-on knowledge for every technician and maintenance leader.

Whether you're servicing equipment in the shop or making decisions that keep your fleet moving, this session will give you real-world insights into liftgate operation, safety, and performance—ensuring your equipment stays reliable, compliant, and road-ready.

A liftgate is a hydraulic or electric-powered platform installed on the back of a truck or trailer to help safely load and unload freight. Proper operation and maintenance are critical to preventing downtime, protecting drivers, and extending equipment life.
