2025 NCTA Women in Trucking Summit

February 26, 2025 6:00 PM - February 28, 2025 12:00 PM (EST)

Description

The NCTA’s Annual Women in Trucking Summit will be held at the
Renaissance Downtown Asheville Hotel in Asheville, NC on February 26-28, 2025.

With the theme of Inspiring with Heart, Empowering with Vision, and Leading with Authenticity, the Summit program will facilitate peer to peer networking opportunities, leadership development, mentorship, best-in-class industry training, and personal wellness for women in the workplace, as well as their male peers. A variety of key industry and professional speakers will explore topics that propel women professionals forward in their careers and provide excellent key take-aways for attendees to utilize in their professional and personal development.

We will be supporting two local organizations at our event. During our WNC Give Back Activity on Thursday, we will assist ABCCM Transformation Village team members and pack food and supply boxes for those in need. Another way to give back is to bring a package of diapers to support Babies Need Bottoms. All items donated will be distributed locally. We appreciate your support!

The Summit keynote speaker for 2025 is Jamie Valvano, daughter of famed NC State basketball coach, Jim Valvano. Jamie has continued her fathers legacy through her work with the Jimmy V. Foundation. She is also a motivational speaker, advocate and cancer survivor.
